The staff were really helpful and polite. It’s placed right in the middle of the hotels and restaurants. So yes, it can get noisy even at night, for which the staff were kind enough to offer us buds in advance. lol If you’re vegetarian there won’t be much to eat in breakfast for you, just 1 dish and be sure to mention to them if you want egg or not. We did not mention it, and got the dish with egg, but they were kind enough to change it. Overall an average place but the staff definitely makes it a good place to stay if on budget

Overall it’s great experience! Loved it! Had pleasant time staying there for two nights. Room is clean, room service is great, clear instructions for travelers for request Services like towels etc and also nice arrangement for water - instead of waste bottles and plastic wastage they promote sustainable way to getting water by providing reusable Glass bottle to drink and clean filtered drinking water outside the hotel Rooms, nice restaurant and breakfast service, very welcoming and would stay again! It’s in heart of the Krabi city and easy place to Navigate and board to other trips from here ..

Staff is great, friendly. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walking away from the beach. As soon as you walk out of the Hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, bars etc. Inside of the Hotel entrance, there is coffee store with a terrace, next to the hotel there is a good massage saloon. In front of the hotel there is a tourism desk where they offer island tours, taxi service and laundry service with affordable prices.

Value for money. Comfortable to stay with family. I highly recommend this place. Its also near beach. If you get font view room then you can get the hill view from your room. Overall experience is good.

5 stars for the rooms, service, location, and the good kokotel staff. I am so impressed by their eco friendly initiatives. This is a perfect budget place to stay ( near to the beach, near to all the pubs and eateries, has a cafe) Give it a go and you will love it!

Overall I rate my stay at Kokotel 5/5. However certain parts of the room could be better. For one, the heated shower dial is a bit finicky, pressure could be higher/stronger. It would be a huge bonus if Kokotel could provide us a laundry …

Had a wonderful stay at kokotel.. I was there for 02 nights.. staff is very supportive & polite.. service is also good.. they are in-house coffee shop & they really make good coffee & they also serves delicious breakfast.. you can top up your stay with delicious breakfast at the time of hotel booking..
